Ingredients
100 g Snack gourd clean and sliced
1/2 chili flakes
1/2 tsp chopped curry leaves
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1 egg
50 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tumric powder
100 ml vegetable or coconut oil
salt
pepper
1 tomato,1 onion, 1 green chili Finley chopped
50 g curd
lime
Directions
- make the batter first,take a bowl,add flour,baking powder,egg and water,make a batter
- add curry leaves,chili flakes and cumin in to the batter with salt and pepper
- heat the oil,deep the snack gourd in the batter and fry in oil
- mean while add the chopped tomato,green chili and onion in to curd and mixed with lime and salt
- you can served the dressing on top or in a separate bowl..
