Ingredients
200 g Puhul
50 g Kathurumurunga leaves
1 onion sliced
1 green chili sliced
1/2 fenugreek
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp tumaric powder
1 chili powder
rampe/karapincha
2 tsp raw rice
3 tps Grated Coconut
Thick coconut milk
some ginger garlic past
salt
Directions
- ready all Ingredients as in the picture,cut puhul in to dices,and clean kathurumurunga
- mean while Pound Grated coconut,raw rice,mustered and garlic togather
- put all in to pot,add some coconut milk,bring it to boil.add the past which you ground together.
- add the katurumurunga leaves, stir it for two three times take off the fire
- serve to lunch table,with hot kakulu rice
