Ingredients
300 g potatoes
1 onion sliced
1 green chili sliced
rampe ,karapincha
2 tsp oil
3 tsp Maldive fish
1/4 tumaric powder
2 tsp chilli pices
salt
Directions
- Peel the potatoes , cut in to cubes and boiled it,keep a side
- take a pan,add some oil in to it,
- add the rampe and curry leaves,saute for a while,add onion green chilli and saute till golden brown
- fallow with tumaric,chilli lakes and salt, mixed it
- reduce the fire,add the boiled potatoes and mixed it,allow to cook in slow fire for few minutes.
- ready to served to the table with with sri lankan rice and curry
