kcalKathurumurunga leaves used for many type preparation i Sri Lanka.even we used Kathurumurunga flower as curried form and mallum form.many people try this at there lunch,ideal to have with rice and curry.it give the high ayrvadic valu to the food.
Ingredients
200 g Kathurumurunga leaves
1 onion sliced
1 clove of garlic
some curry leaves
1 green chili sliced
1/4 tumaric powder
2 tsp chilli pices
4 tsp chopped Maldives fish
salt
2 tsp coconut oil
Directions
- clean and wash the kathurumurunga leaves
- add some oil,add onion,garlic,green chilli saute for a few minutes
- add traumatic and chilli and Maldive fish.add katurumuringa leaves cook for 2 to 3 minutes
- mixed well.cook in slow fire.add salt and take off the fire
- served hot with rice
