Ingredients
100 g Jack fruit seeds (Kos atta)
150 g Banana Flower
1 onion sliced
some ginger,garlic past
1/2 cumin seeds
1/2 tsp mustered powder
1 chii powder
1 tsp curry powder
Rampe / Karapincha
green chilis
malidive fish or konisso
salt
100 ml thick coconut milk
Directions
- Cut the jack fruit seed in half,peel the shell,cut all the other vegetables as in the picture.
- add all in to the clay pot,fallow with shredded banana flower mixed well
- put all curry and chili powders and mixed,cook with slow fire.for some time.
- add thick coconut milk,salt and pepper.
- served with Sri lankan Rice and curry
