We have a whole variety of green leaves grown in our country. The type of green leave’s i have used in my dish is very well known to be grown in our own houses in large pots or in the back of the garden in prepared soil. These are very easy to grow and there are two types of this particular green Gotu Kola leaves. Which are smaller in size and larger in size.
In this dish they have used the smaller type of Gotu Kola.
The taste could be a bit awkward to some people, but when u add a mix of salt and lime juice it immediately transforms into a fantastic taste that you will not be able to resist. I have added red onions to give it an additional flavor. This is a very healthy dish and known as it helps improving your eye sight. Since my motive is to introduce clean and healthy food, i recomend this dish to all young and old.
Hope you enjoy simple dishes as this.I always enjoy this dish in my meals…
