200 g fish roe
1 sliced onion
1 chopped garlic
1 tsp chili falkes
1/2 tsp tumaric
150 g of boiled baby jack fruit ( polos)
chopped tomato
chopped spring onion
salt and pepper
1 tsp oil
Directions
- cut the fish roe in to pieces,
- heat the pan,add the onion,garlic and curry leaves,saute for few minutes
- meanwhile boiled the polos with traumatic and salt for 30 minutes,take off the fire and keep a side.
- add the fish roe and mixed with all,add the polos and some water
- bring it to boil cook for 5 minutes till the fish roe get cook.
- fallow with salt and pepper, finally add chopped tomatoes and spring onions
- mixed well,finish with salt and pepper
