kcalChicken dishes are very famous in Sr Lanka, so i taught to do Chicken and Pineapple together in masala style. Another spicy dish for dinner. Also ideal with roti.
Ingredients
200 g Boneless chicken
1 onion slice
ginger garlic past
50 g Pineapple dices
2 green chilis
cinnamon, cloves and crademon
rempe karapincha
lemon grass
1 tsp chili pices
1 pepper powder
masala powder
1 tsp sugar
salt
some water
pinch of cumin
Directions
- diced the boneless chicken,and pineapple,keep a side.
- miss-un plass the other ingredients as per the curry
- Heat the pan,add add the ingredients to ti.saure for a while,add the chicken
- fallow with pineapple,add all powders which is mention on top
- add little water,reduce the fire,and cook in slow fire for 10 minutes.
- take off the fire,add some sugar and lime and mixed it
- serve to the table with hot steam rice.
