Ingredients
150 g Carrots
50 g spinach
1 onion sliced
1 clove of garlic
some curry leaves
1 tsp chili pices
1 ripe tomato
few drops of oil
Directions
- Heat the oil,add onion ,garlic curry leaves,saute for a wile
- add thinly sliced carrots with chili pieces cook for 1 minute in very low fire
- add few drop of water,just to cook for seconds
- add spinach and mixed it,correct with sate and pepper
