(Omlette – Sri lankan Style) I suggest you to add some finely chopped curry leaves as well.In the down south they use kochchi chilli or cobra chilli to spice it up a bit more.
I deal for breakfast with a dhall curry and our own way prepared egg omelet with bread, Two eggs per week is not an harm to your health.

Ingredients
3 Eggs
1 Red Onion
1 Green Chilly Chopped
1/2 Tomato Chopped
Salt
Pepper
Oil
1/2 TSP Chilly Pieces
Directions
- Take a bowl, break the eggs in to bowl, beat it till in to puffy
- Add salt pepper, and all Ingredients in to it. mixed well
- All the oil, put the mixture, cooked in slow fire, turn in to other side, let it cook
- Turn the egg in to half, serve hot!
