Ingredients
500 g rice flour
100 g weat flour
1 egg
1 cup coconut milk
salt and pepper
chopped curry leaves
Oil
Directions
- Mixed all Ingredients together and make a think sauce,if it is too think add little bit of more coconut milk
- take the kokis mold,cove the past in to 3/4,deep fry the mold
- by the time reduce the fire and remove the past from the mold carefully
- this is sri lankan used for there special occasion
