Ingredients
100 g Okra ( Ladies fingers)
50 g fish boiled and flake
1 onion sliced
1 tomato wagers
some spring onion
1 spring of thyme
chili pices
100 ml oil
1/2 tsp tumaric powder
lime
salt
some olive oil
lime
Directions
- cut the okra and rub with tumaric and salt,deep fried the okra and allow to drain oil.
- take a bowl,add all ingredients together and mixed with salt .pepper,lime and olive oil
