Ingredients
250 g Bottle gourd
100 g Spinach
1 onion sliced
some ginger garlic past
1/2 cumin seeds
1/2 tsp fenugreek
1/2 Mustered powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tumaric powder
1 green chili
100 ml thick coconut milk
salt /pepper
Rampe /Karapincha
Directions
- put all ingredients together in clay pot,add some coconut milk and bring it to boiled.
- simmer for few minutes till the bottle gourd is cooked
- add spinach in to the curry,close the fire and allow to cook by steam.
