kcalCabbage (Gowa) one of easy and testy cooking vegetable among sri lankan people.easy of preparation,this is used as side dish to sri lankan rice and curry.there are few various Cabbage mallum recipes are there. some are using chilis and some are not.but in this recipe we used some chilli as well.most of sri lankan do having lot of spicy and chilli flavor in there food.
Ingredients
400 g Cabbage
1 onion sliced
some garlic and ginger past
1 green chili sliced
rampe/karapincha
1/4 tumaric powder
1/2 chili flakes
200 g greated coconut
salt
Directions
- add just few drops of oil,add rampe karapincha in to the pot and saute for while.
- add all together in to the clay pot,stir fried just for a minute,add the coconut and mixed it
- cook for few minutes in slow fire.rady to go to the table
